Online Shopping Delivery?

Our retail outlet, Almondco Almond Hut ships from country South Australia. Whilst we will make every endeavour to ship your Australian almond products as soon as possible, we recommend that you allow seven working days for delivery from confirmation of despatch.

WHAT can be returned?
In the very rare event that almondco.com.au supplies an incorrect product via it's retail outlet, Almondco Almond Hut, please telephone us on 8586 8840 immediately. One of our team will arrange a credit for that product. We do not exchange or offer refunds for products if you order incorrectly, change your mind, or, taste. Should a despatched product have exceeded it's best before date when received, or, is faulty in some way, we will provide a full refund once the product has been returned to us through Australia Post COD (cash on delivery). Shipping rates are refundable when the situation meets the above criteria, and is returned within fourteen days. If returned within fourteen days, Almondco will offer a full credit the account details provided on the transaction. Items must be returned within original packaging.
