What area do you cover?

How do I get a quote?
Call us and we will come out and do a site inspection and then forward a quote.

Do you offer services at a time that suits my business?
Yes, our cleaners are available 24/7 to meet your specific business needs.

Can you inspect the area before quoting?
Yes, just give us a call and arrange the best time to inspect the site.

Does someone have to be present during the clean?
No, all our cleaners have police clearances, so you can feel safe when our cleaners are on site.

Do you guarantee your work?
We offer all of our clients a Guarantee on all of our cleaning services; it’s our promise to YOU: If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will send a cleaner to you to complete the work that was not done. Providing that you have notified us within 48 hours.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance that covers all staff when on-site.

Do you carry out site inspections?
We carry out random site inspections on all premises we clean.

What products do you use?
We encourage all of our cleaner to use AGAR products, particularly the Green Cleaning Range. All new cleaners start with a cleaning kit that includes AGAR green range.

Do you have a WHS Policy?
Yes, all our cleaners receive training on WHS.

What is your cancellation policy?
You need to notify our office at least 24 hours before the day of cleaning service. An admin fee will be charged if cancelled on the day.

Can I give you a key?
Yes, the cleaner is made aware that they are responsible for any keys, access cards or remotes whilst in their procession and are not to give them to any other person or have additional copies made for any other purpose other than for the performance of their duties.

Do I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, the same cleaner will arrive each time. If the cleaner is sick or away you have the option to have a replacement cleaner arranged during that time.

Can I have a casual clean?
A casual clean is charged at a slightly higher rate than a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean.
